TOPIC: Installation Issue (AceSEF - Joomla 1.5.22)

I downloaded AceSEF Basic from www.joomace.net/downloads/acesef on January 11, 2011.
Right after having installed it on Joomla 1.5.22 my website disappeared (blank page, both front-end and back-end).
The website's URL is inteltone.ru

At the time of installation Joomla Global Configuration was:
- Search Engine Friendly URLs : yes
- Adds Suffix to URL : no

Webserver:
- Apache/1.3.37 (Unix) PHP/5.2.10 mod_ssl/2.8.28 OpenSSL/0.9.7e-p1
- MySQL-client: 5.1.36

Before the issue everything worked ok.

I have an access to my website through ftp.

Please, help me resolve this problem. Maybe there is a way to uninstall this component by means of ftp.

To access your site, open the configuration.php file in your root folder via FTP and set change to 0 the following line:

var $sef = '1';

Not got as far is putting onto prod servers - but this issue in dev:

This is post installation and whenever I then try and access the ACE control panel.

You've ordered AceSubscription not AceSEF, I've fixed your order and sent you an e-mail. Uninstall the previous component plz.

Try to rename the plugins/system/acesef.php file to anything else plz.

thanks to the backup file I made several days ago.

So I resolved my problem by deleting everything and extracting the backup.
