Tried that it didnt work. please see the attached image. I tried both options disabled and acesef rewriting. it didn't make any difference. the process is as follows.

create new record using phpmyadmin
disabled sh404 plug in
disabled system sef plug-in
enabled site configurations htaccess and sef
enabled acesef

Acesef is working because the URLs are slightly different from sh404.

I then trying to rebuild routers and the com_jce record is missing.

is worth noting that this problem does not occur on the home page only on category pages. where the category is being included in the image path

www.completepicture.co.uk/sap-software/i...on/project_list.jpg.

in the example above the problem is the "sap-software" in the URL.

Hello Denis,

the only way I can get this to work is if I enable system sef plug-in. I did post an earlier message regarding this, can you please clarify whether acesef requires their system sef plug-in to be enabled.

To be honest I've not tested AceSEF with System - SEF plugin disabled but I'll do it.
