TOPIC: 1.5.6 Upgrading Problems. HELP!

We are running Joomla 1.5.15, AceSEF 1.3.12 and PHP 5.2.14 in our production server. In the last few days we were planing a migration to a new server so we began to make the propper test. Here is were the problems begins:

We've made a full backup of our site in the new server with the same joomla and acesef versions, but with PHP 5.3.2 running on it. The site began to give 404 errors randomly, so we've looked for erros and tryed to update AceSEF in the fisr intance. In production we are using the free version, so we decided to buy a new one (Pro6 v.1.5.5) and installed it on the test enviroment, the result: Blank homepage and all URLs lost! Then we came to the forums readed a lot and tryed all the methods described in various posts: updating all extensions, patching the AceSEF with the upgrade.php file, etc... Nothing happened, we still got the same problem. We decided to turn off AceSEF using the disable option in the control panel and the result is really weird: All the URLs in the homepage points to the production domain, if we manually type an article non friendly URL there is no problem, the urls point to the right domain, but when we go back to the homepage the links point again to the production domain. We've double checked all the configuration.php parameters and all is fine. We tryed to update Joomla to the 1.5.21 and AceSEF to 1.5.6 and the problem persist. We tried restarting AceSEF but the blank homepage persists.

Any advice? Any known problems with our enviroment (Joomla, AceSEF, PHP versions) ?

Please help us! We need to get running the new server asap !

try Control Panel AceSEF --> Purge

Did you recieve any error during upgrade process?
Do you use cache?
How many URLs do you have in AceSEF 1.3?

There is no problem with your enviroment, AceSEF is compatible with PHP 5.x and Joomla 1.5.x versions.

- Yes, we use cache. I've already tried disabling it.
- In 1.3 (production) we got 34848 URLs
