Since the upgrade, all our URL's changed and we CAN'T get the URL's to change back to the old format.

New URL: www.tech-faq.com/passwords/linksys-router-password

We're deeply damaged. We can't get our site back even from downgrading AceSEF. We're losing 70k UV's/day because of this.

I guess that it's the Menu item, no section added to URL. Try to set to Yes the "Skip menu/prefix". Also, open parameters pop-up page and click on save. Then clean cache and purge the problematic URLs.

We finally restored the site to an older backup of the files and DB, so we're back in production again.

I'll set up a test site on another domain where we can try to upgrade to 1.5.x and work out all the issues before we risk taking our main site offline again.
