Menu items linked to category now has ?layout=category appended at the end and URLs are like that:

www.pickupguild.ru/novosti-teorii?layout=category

How to get rid of it?

It looks such suffix is for menu item which consist on several categories from K2

That link is for admin panel for AceSEF, it is not the Real link of menu. first disable SEF and then copy-paste here the real link.
