All Ez realty panel menu items are same now after use ACESEF, which same as the Main menu item of Joomla, such as: " Home | Search | New | Open Houses | Recent Sales | Featured | Wanted VIP Buyers Register | VIP Unsubscribe | Find an Agent | My EZ Panel" all of these menus link to a same URL, example: "www.***.com/rent" or "www.***.com/buy", pls kindly adv, thanks!
My ez-realty version is 6.0.5, acesef version is 1.5.3

thanks for ur kind attention, this problem already resolved , here is my solution:
1. go to the "URLs",find the urls which have same name;
2. click the real urls, rename the SEF url, select the "Custom URL", save.
This is my solution.

You are right, I just found the reason. There was some missing codes. I fixed it and also I upgraded the extension according to EZ Realty 6.x. You can do the upgrade, I just tested the extension. It works fine.

thanks! the updated extension is working great with the ACESEF 1.5.3
but when i try it the latest ACESEF 1.5.4, seem like not working,i can't generate the sef urls, maybe that's because the ACESEF , not Ez-realty extension problem. pls kindly note

After update do not forget to purge cache, if you cached extension parameters. Also delete old URLs and generate new ones.

I have a similar problem. When i updated to v1.5.5 the ez realty plugin doesnt work. When i click the "more info" button on the properties the url on the bottom is something like
...".com/en/?id=2" which takes me to the frontpage. I have ezrealty 1.5.4 and I dont plan to buy the new 1.6
Any suggestions? I now have the extension disabled but i need to find a solution fast because its a very important client.
Please advice
