3. Order Cancellation

The order can be canceled at no cost before your payment has been cleared to our account. For downloadable products, we do not make refunds after receiving the payment. Especially refund requests done without asking for any support will be ignored. 5. Downloads Policy

The downloads are available only for specified period of time. If this period ended, the Download-ID will be automatically suspended until you update the service and we will NOT provide the extension in anyway else.
