1. Our first level of support is through our Support Forums. If you have problems with downloads, installation or bugs, you can open a new topic and one of our support team will help you. Our average response time (for paying customers) is usually within 1-2 business days.
2. The second level is our Tickets System for our VIP members. In this level, we don't ask too much questions, just request a login account to your site and solve your issue directly.
3. Lastly, we offer one-on-one support at $49 per hour. Our expert team can solve all manner of Joomla problems. If you need guaranteed support response time, you have to buy it. The price is dependant on the fastness of the response http://www.joomace.net/services/support-service
