This is only for "components" such as AceSEF etc. You can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU AGPL v3. All existing copyrights must be prominently visible on all modified versions of this software.

Others

Other extensions are partially-free licenced, Combined License, and their source code is completely open (not encoded or encrypted), giving you the maximum flexibility to either modify it yourself or through our consultants. However, you are not allowed to distribute such modified version further.
