There is life in this new team!

Hi to all Joomla volunteers,

We'd like to announce you about We have recently broken contracts some of our staff in our team. We dont work anymore with the people whose names are listed below.

    Only time will tell but this news doesn't fill me with much confidence. JoomAce is only a small team and for six people to leave at the same time suggest to me that, all is not well.

    Thank you for sharing your idea to us. I started JoomAce LLC at August 2010 and also I started last another my company called Çözüm Computer at September at 2002 so I taught the my job all my staff approximate 80 staff for 10 years.

    Denis Dulici was a partnership of my company and he is selfish and Other 5 person have feared so that we won't provide full support so they ran away.

    There is no problem I am here and all my new staff learned all JoomAce Product last week . At the same time we replied from all our support tickets to 85% at on time.

    Our company aimes to supply the most efficent software development and support service and our company will continue to serve you in a more qualified and fast way with our new specialist staff.

    In this time please trust me and JoomAce LLC team and if you have disappointed from our support please contact me. I will help you and other our customers

    We are in holiday for the Ramadan bayram at the moment and we will start next Wednesday and next days will be good for JoomAce customers

      I am waiting for 1 month for my problem to be solved and still nothing.

    I hated dealing with Denis he was always arrogant and never very helpful. He would often delete comments out of the forum. I hope your new team is better at customer service. Glad to see him go. Also, just an FYI he must have taken your customer list because I received an email from him announcing his new company.

    where are the updates? I am still waiting to upgrade my shop to work with the current version of open-cart! Providing support is just one part of the equation adding new features is the other half! And with the problem of having half of your team leave I have to start looking for something else!

    And one more thing: will members be getting an extra month or two because of your company internal problems?

      same question from me: opencart 1.5.4.1 is available and we're still at 1.5.1.3. O really want the order editing capabilities (available since march) and the VAT fields.

      Thank you for your advice. We are working new version of AceShop and it will be release soon. Yes, Our team is new but they are expert in the AceShop and opencart so you can check review of JED about positive and negative review.

    I'm a bit shocked by this news. In the past I've been in contact with Bilal, Yusuf and Muhammed and these guys provided great service. I can only hope that the new guys are equally helpful and knowledgable.
    And I second Charles' comment: what about updates. I'm waiting for an update to the new version of opencart as well, this is why I keep checking this site.

    Anyway, I wish you guys the best of luck and I hope everything will be on track again soon.

    Your extension listing has been taken down on the joomla extension site? Due to Violation 12 it says.
