AceShop 1.3.1 released
Hi all,

I'm happy to announce the new version of the ultimate Joomla Shopping Cart component, AceShop. This release includes the most wanted feature for AceShop: Products Everywhere. Now you can show your products everywhere (Content, K2, Zoo, FLEXIcontent etc) and make the checkout process from AceShop.

Front-end Back-end Params

As you can see in the above images, I've displayed an AceShop product into a normal Joomla Content component page and added it to the shopping cart. I've achieved that using the new Content - Aceshop  plugin included in the AceShop 1.3.1 package. The plugin has a lot of options such as show image, name, price etc. which makes it very flexible. You can also override those parameters for each product you display using the syntax described in this article.

You can display the products not only in K2 or Zoo but into all components that support content plugins.
What is new in AceShop 1.3.1
  • # Advanced search not working
  • # Order history pagination not working in back-end
  • + Plugin to show products into any content page
  • ^ Product search in back-end improved

Feel free to ask any releated question.

Very powerful feature for sure. But are you planning to add jce editor integration?? Any code might be a step too far for some authors, so a way to add a button to an editor that can be preset to add the code in a click would be perfect!!
Thanks for this Denis, good work.

Not especially for JCE but we have an Editor plugin in our To Do list, the Content plugin was the first step ;)

      Pre-sales Question:
Is it possible to only show prices to registered users (users logged in)
and hide prices from guests. Ask them to register/login to view prices?

      Pre-sales question:
How easy is it to link from the joomla menus to your cart system?

I want to be able to get my customers to link to specific categories or products without coding if possible.

Also is there any kind of integration with aceshop and acymailing for adding new customers to your mailing list.

      @Tim Drake
You can link categories or products to menus just like with Joomla articles. There ise no AcyMailing integration yet.

Plz, use the following page for further questions:

Hi, I like the idea that you can show the products of different components of joomla, I particularly like that used for k2 and Zoo.

But I'd like to see pictures of this integration to better understand the potential of this component.

You can edit images, or create a demo with these components?

There is no difference from normal Content component. You can see the images of this blog post above.
